About the Gallery

Our second floor gallery features photography by Jonathan Hancock, Michael Winsor, and Robert Basha, and artwork by Richard Steele, Leona Ottenheimer, and other artists in Newfoundland.

All of the work in the gallery focuses on and captures the beauty of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The gallery is open during our regular hours of operation. It closes when art workshops and classes are in progress.

About the Workshops

Our gallery also hosts a variety of weekend art workshops and evening art classes. These workshops and classes are instructed by local artists with work featured in our gallery.

We've recently had workshops and classes in pastels, acrylics, sketching, stained glass making, and rug hooking.

About the Photographers

Jonathan Hancock is a local photographer who aims to capture the beauty of his home province.

His work is well-known by locals and visitors alike and includes images of downtown St. John's, Newfoundland outports, coastal scenes, and landscapes.

Michael Winsor is an award-winning local photographer whose powerful images of Newfoundland and Labrador are a result of his deep connection with, and love for, the province’s culture and many natural wonders.
