Our tour departure point is conveniently located at our gift shop at 284 Water Street, just a short 400-meter walk from the pier where your cruise ship docks. Please note that we do not offer pick up directly at the pier, so we kindly ask that you make your way to our designated meeting point to start your tour. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have a stress-free experience with us.
If for any reason you need to cancel your tour, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours or in case of no-show, there is no refund. We understand that cruise ships may not be able to dock in St. John's due to high winds or weather, so you can receive a full refund when port is cancelled. Proof of embarkation is required.
