2-Day Workshop: Pastel Painting

Join artist Leona Ottenheimer for a 2-day pastel painting workshop. During the first day of the workshop, participants will learn the basics of painting with pastels: light, medium, and dark values; color; soft and hard edges; linear perspective; line; and texture. On the second day of the workshop, participants will use what they have learned to create their own pastel painting to take home. This workshop is suitable for beginners and intermediates.

No experience is needed. All materials are provided, but participants are welcome to bring a smock or apron if they wish. Tea and coffee are provided.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be provided to participants who wish to cancel up to 72 hours before the start of the workshop. No refunds will be issued within the 72 hours leading up to the workshop start time.

Please contact us if you need to cancel. We appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible so that we can assist you with your refund.

Winter Weather Cancellations:

Should Legend Tours close due to bad weather (i.e. snow storm) and hazardous road conditions pull Metrobus off the road, we will notify participants by email that the workshop is cancelled and that an alternate date has been scheduled.
